Dr. Melanie Larinde has spent a lifetime in the Health and Wellness field, beginning with collegiate Strength Training and Physical Fitness programs, followed by research and study in Structural Integration, Yoga, Meditation and Nutrition. Over the past several decades, she continues to incorporate these methods into her and her family’s life and has personally witnessed major improvements in mood, body appearance, physical strength, and mental focus. Based on the interconnectedness of these modalities and their effectiveness, she has developed successful and motivating programs to help others follow suit, witnessing vast improvements in their lives including weight loss, sustained energy, improved mood, and better relationships with their partner. She is the author of the book Food, Mood, and Attitude, helping numerous individuals return to their natural state of health through methods including meal preparation, movement, and journaling.
In addition to Nutritional Counseling, she incorporates modalities such as healing past trauma in the Emotional Health arena and the benefits of physical movement on releasing toxins from our internal organs. Her books and research impact readers and participants across the globe in multiple facets which then ripple out to their family, friends and community.
Her love of people is the catalyst fueling her passion to educate others in finding the best possible version of themselves for a vibrant, well-intentioned, and purposeful life, immersing herself in teaching her patients what she has uncovered through her research and personal experiences over the course of four decades.
